July was a huge turning point for DASAP. We awarded two microgrants for start up businesses in Nigeria and Ghana! After many months of research and collaboration the board chose two of the 5 business plan proposals submitted so far.
Congratulations to those selected and we hope to provide others with the same opportunities in the near future.
Our first microgrant was provided for two of the sanctuary members in Nigeria. They were able to purchase a car and are now very close to starting an Uber business.
